Please note:- A 120€ Security bond on your booking prior to being provided with keys to the property. This deposit will be returned once the property has been inspected after your departure. Should any damage or breakages occur your deposit will be returned after any expenses have been met and you will be provided wth receipts for any such expenditure.You will not be given access to the property until this deposit has been paid so please be sure to make the necessary arrangements in advance of your arrival.
